Unattended heat exchange stations have become an important trend for the future development of central heating. Advantages of the unattended heat exchange station include easy operation, high intelligence, and low operating costs. Based on the unattended heat exchange station of a large heating company in Dalian, the development process of an unattended heat exchange station automatic control system was presented from the perspective of engineering. According to the key issues, the control system design and programming implementation process of the PEC8000unattended heat exchange station were presented, industrial Ethernet communication of unattended heat exchange station was studied, and energy-saving operation of unattended heat exchange station was achieved based on frequency converting control and climate compensation control.In order to realize the whole process of automation control of heat exchange station, PLC PEC8000was used as the core control device of the unattended heat exchange station in this paper. The main control process includes:stabilized the supply water temperature according to the secondary side water supply temperature regulating primary side electric steam valve opening, stabilized the return water temperature according to the secondary side water temperature circulation pump frequency converter speed adjustment, stabilized the return water pressure according to secondary side water pressure automatic start and stop the pump.Aim at the manual inspection problem of traditional heat exchanger station, industrial Ethernet communication of unattended heat exchange station was studied in this paper. When the control of heat exchanger station was finished, the system realized data communication with the monitoring center by industrial Ethernet. So condition of the heat exchange station could be controlled in real-time by the monitoring center. Intelligent degree of the heat exchange station could be improved and the operation cost could be reduced.Aim at the waste problem of traditional heat exchanger station, frequency converting control and climate compensation control were used in this paper. On the premise of ensure the heating quality, the solution of heat transfer station energy-saving control was presented and energy conservation and emission reduction of unattended heat exchange station was achieved. Finally, the control system has realized the process and control requirements of an unattended heat exchanger station. This project has been approved successfully and won the popularity of consumers.
