As a new type of offshore working ship, the wind installation vessel effectively relieves the problems of the transportation and installation of offshore fans. The installation of offshore fans can ease people's dependence on a large amount of non-renewable energy, and is more in line with the concept of "green earth".In this paper,we will study the bottom type of wind and electricity loading. When the depth of water exceeds 9m,the ship will float and rely on anchoring for positioning. The anchoring positioning system is not the research object of this article. This paper takes the work of the ship when it is under the joint action of water flow and sediment as the research object. The strength of the ship changes due to the erosion of sediment by water flow. The specific work content is as follows:(1)The basic theories of sediment erosion and ship strength calculation are briefly introduced. The calculation thinking of sediment erosion caused by the water flow of the ship is clarified. This paper introduces the calculation theory of FLUNET and the calculation steps of the scour model.(2)To establish a bridge pier scour model and calculate the scour phenomenon of cylindrical pier under constant water flow using FLUNET software, and verify that the calculation method of design is in accordance with the actual working conditions.(3)A ship erosion model was established, and the sediment erosion situation was calculated using FLUENT software. The factors such as water flow speed, water flow wave height, water flow angle and sediment particle diameter were changed, and the influence factors of local erosion were summarized. At the same time, the strength of the hull is calculated in case the bottom area of the hull is lost, and the strength is compared with that of the normal bottom of the ship.
