With the improvement of people's living standards,energy consumption has increased sharply.The existing fossil energy is expected to be available to people for 60 years.Therefore,vigorous development of clean energy such as wind energy and solar energy is an inevitable requirement of social development.Relying on the country's strong support for photovoltaic power generation technology has made great progress,and photovoltaic power generation technology is also mainly oriented towards large-scale grid-connected development.However,many remote areas are still not connected to the power grid.Therefore,in order to meet the electricity demand of individual users,this paper designs a set of photovoltaic off-grid inverters that can meet the daily electricity demand of ordinary households.The inverter has the advantages of stability,efficiency,safety and low cost.This paper first analyzes the current development of photovoltaic power generation,and focuses on the research status of domestic and foreign photovoltaic power inverters,and analyzes the development trend of photovoltaic inverters.Secondly,this paper studies the topological structure of commonly used photovoltaic power inverters,compares their advantages and disadvantages,describes the working principle of the inverter in detail,compares the control methods of the inverter,and further studies the SVPWM algorithm.Practical applications in inverter control.According to the research on the topology of photovoltaic power inverter,this paper selects the three-phase half-bridge inverter as the main circuit of the design,and establishes its mathematical model,designs the corresponding SVPWM control algorithm,and simulates it on MATLAB software.Research has verified the effectiveness of the control algorithm.On the basis of theoretical analysis,the hardware design of the system was completed,and an off-grid PV inverter prototype was developed.According to the actual demand and theoretical basis,the parameters of the PV inverter system are set,and the selection of the power switch device and the calculation of the relevant parameters of the hardware circuit are completed.The system debugging of each circuit module of the prototype is carried out,mainly including DC/DC conversion circuit module,main circuit module of inverter,inverter drive circuit module,voltage detection circuit module and current detection circuit module.Finally,using LabVIEW software to write the upper computer control program,photovoltaic power generation inverter system operation monitoring program,the software and hardware are combined to complete the overall debugging of the inverter operation.According to the monitoring results,the design can better complete the PV inverter work,the output voltage waveform has lower total harmonic distortion rate,the frequency of the output voltage meets the design requirements and the output power meets the power demand,which can be further promoted and applied.
