Program Risk Management Research Of E Company For Automotive Seating Leather Development

With the rapid development of China's economy,the car ownership in the market has been growing fast and sustainably,and China has become the world's biggest production and sales market of car under the rapid development of its auto industry.Although China's auto industry developed very fast,but most of the core technology and key management are under the control of Europe and America Multination Company,the management level of lots of local car maker and auto parts Company still have a big gap to them.This thesis analyzed the program risk management procedure of one passenger car seating leather and found that we still have a lot of place to be improved and will face big challenge and opportunity in future.In this thesis,the auto leather development program of E Company was considered as the research object,analyzed the source of research task and the significance of the research firstly,studied the program risk management of auto seating leather with the five steps of program development and management method.Introduced seating leather program development procedure and leather finishing process,identify the program risk source and risk events with program risk planning and checklist tech method.During risk identification stage,found tech risk,contract risk and machine risk etc.total 6 major risk sources and 16 risk events.Analyze the risk source and events through the subjective scoring and AHP method,referred to the analysis result to take five different risk response plan to reduce program risk,finally achieve the program target under the effective risk management plan.The purpose of this thesis is to apply theory of program risk management into auto seating leather development,to set up the leather program risk identification model with the characteristics of leather self,using program risk management tools to control and reduce the probability of occurrence of program risk.To establish the theory of program risk management procedure for Company future leather programs and lay the foundation for the further program risk research for future.
