With many characteristics,such as many participating enterprises,wide distribution of enterprises and long period of the development process of marine equipment,the structure of the product is relatively complicated.At the same time,there are many risks in the process of product development.It is not enough to rely on the main manufacturer to manage the whole complex project.It is the key point of this paper how to use the effective methods to mobilize the suppliers to participate in the entire work of schedule planning and management and control so as to ensure the project schedule to meet the requirements of the ship-owners.Here are the detail research contents.(1)Multi-tier collaborative project schedule management model and framework.By analyzing the supplier management model in the development process for complicated product in marine equipment,the schedule management model for marine equipment research is proposed.There are three key techniques,including schedule planning,resource allocation optimization and schedule deviation identification and correction.(2)Multi-tier collaborative project planning research.Multi-tier collaborative project planning process can be expressed through the abstract mathematical model,and solved by the back method to respond to the overall project schedule.The schedule of the multi-tier collaborative project is forecast with the gray theory method,and the risk factors are taken into account.Besides,it is to be optimized the forecast project schedule with the improved key chain method.(3)Resource allocation optimization technology research.It is going to break the traditional interior resource optimization model,and the shared resource of the virtual enterprise alliance is also as the optimization goal.The use of annealing genetic algorithm is to optimize the resource for constrained multi-tier collaborative project,and to avoid the resource conflict.(4)Progress control and adjustment technology research.The schedule deviation recognition method for the schedule Front Line Method and buffer zone combination is proposed through the contrast of the traditional schedule identification method.What's more,the relevant measures are introduced for the schedule deviation correction.Finally,through the schedule management process developed by the marine pipe laying equipment,the above-mentioned key technical methods have been verified by examples,which proves the effectiveness of the method for the development of marine equipment.
