| The shipbuilding is typically huge and complex engineering project.Multiproject resource allocation problems have always been faced in various professional management of the multi-type ship construction process.The accuracy control management has just begun in a short time.Because of the market conditions,the resource allocated in accuracy control is limited.On the basis of the different needs of accuracy controlling resource in multi-type ship construction,the resource allocation in accuracy control becomes a problem that must to be coordinated.The purpose of this paper is to study the problem of resource balance of the accuracy control among projects.Firstly,the paper analyzes the way of resource allocation in accuracy control to establish the relationship between the accuracy control pass rate of block and the resource allocation on a type ship construction process.Depends on the market situation,the cost of accuracy control has been chosen to be the weighting factors of the resource allocation.Secondly,base on COQ theory,different type cost of the model of cost of accuracy control has been analyzed in the study.According to the different characteristics,the cost of accuracy control function model is established with the accuracy control pass rate of block as independent variable.The function model provide a quantitative analysis methods to evaluate the cost of accuracy control of different ships due to resource allocation.Lastly,according to the company’s shipsconstruction project,the cost of accuracy control collection scheme is developed.Through the collection and analysis of the company’s product historical data,the accuracy control cost functions of different ship types have been established.The accuracy control cost function is used to compare the weights of different ship types,so as to optimize the configuration management of the accuracy control resources.Through applied in the ship construction process,the practical application value of the paper is verified,which proves that the result of the paper has certain guiding significance for the optimization of the resource allocation of accuracy control. |
