Research On Cost Control Of BH Company Ship Project

In recent years,China’s shipbuilding industry has developed rapidly,and the total volume and scale of shipbuilding have been among the highest in the world.Modern project management methods have been widely used in marine engineering,improving the management status of shipbuilding enterprises,and playing an important role in shortening construction cycles,reducing construction costs,and improving ship quality.However,the competition in the ship market is extremely fierce,the overall efficiency of China’s shipbuilding industry is low,and shipbuilding costs remain high.Therefore,it is of great significance to adopt advanced project cost management methods to improve the ship construction cost control level.In this paper,the theoretical research on the cost management of ship project is carried out.The current situation of BH company’s ship project cost management is investigated.The existing problems and causes are analyzed.In order to solve the above problems,the target cost method and value are adopted.The combination of chain method and responsibility cost method has carried out the design of BH company ship project cost control improvement program,including target cost control system,target cost pre-control,event control and post-event control.The target cost control system includes the principle of strengthening cost control,establishing cost control cross-functional department team,cost control management system and control process,and task decomposition;the prior control of target cost includes the determination of target cost,the optimization of preliminary design plan,and the decomposition of target cost;The medium control includes cost control in the design phase,cost control in the procurement phase,and cost control in the production phase.The post-event control includes cost accounting and assessment,cost analysis,etc.,and is applied to the construction cost control of a 400,000-ton VOLC large ship.BH company ship project cost control improvement implementation of safeguard measures,through the establishment of a scientific and rational cost management system,improve the goal of management awareness,improve cost management assessment,strengthen the talent team,strengthen the target cost management information construction and other measures to improve the project The level of cost management.
