| In the research and production of aero-engine,the accurate measurement of temperature of high temperature is of great significance to the performance parameter and the guarantee of safe operation.Because of the high temperature, bad environment and the influence factors, the temperature measurement of high temperature air is a difficult technical problem.Although the high temperature air temperature measurement methods are varied, but the traditional thermocouple temperature measurement range, stable performance, good timeliness advantages have been used in the field of high temperature air flow measurement. The thermocouple measures the temperature of the aero engine at high temperature, and for various reasons, the measurement has error. The temperature deviation caused by radiation heat transfer is called the radiation error, which is the systematic error. In high-temperature gas,the radiation errors of thermocouples are often greater. In order to calibrate the error,it is necessary to use theoretical analysis, numerical calculation, combined with test method, summarizes the radiation characteristics of thermocouple, the radiation error correction thermocouple. This paper introduces the thermocouple measurement error of high temperature air temperature and its processing method, its measurement error has refined classification, from the thermocouple thermal electrode heat exchange relations, the convective heat transfer coefficient of hot spot welding electrodes, radiation error of thermocouple on the numerical calculation.Study methods, and introduces the radiation characteristics of small and medium-sized aircraft engine research radiation error on the structure of the commonly used thermocouple in the process of numerical calculation and experiment analysis, has been clear about the change trend of radiation error under various conditions, determine the thermocouple radiation error correction method, ensure the airflow temperature in the process of development of engine test precision can satisfy the measurement requirements of engine. |
