As one of the main equipment to protect the driver and passengers,the automobile airbag can protect the safety of the driver and the passenger,and has successfully saved countless lives in the collision accident.It is an important and necessary part of the automobile safety system.Reliability is the most important.The AECU(Airbag Electronic Controller Unit)is the core electronic unit to control the airbag deployment.Nowadays,more and more attention has been paid by the world's major auto equipment suppliers.The system is mainly composed of microprocessor,acceleration sensor,ignition circuit and power storage circuit and so on.The main role is to sample and analysis the real-time vehicle driving state,when the vehicle collision accident,it can be detected in time,the intensity of the collision can be processed and analysis by algorithm to determine whether to deploy the airbag to protect the driver and passengers.Embedded automotive software as a product of the development of automotive electronic systems is the most important part of automotive electronic system.How to solve the software security and compatibility is the core of the problem.AUTOSAR provides a set of electronics software development methods for supporting distributed and function-driven,also provides software architecture standards for electronic control units,defining the application layer interface standard,illustrating the development process required for a standard set of automotive electronics software,to guide the development process of automotive electronics software which shall be lined with standards of automotive electronics software.The details of paper are as follows:(1)this paper takes the airbag controller as research object and analyzes the detailed of the electrical parameters and functional requirements.(2)Finish the system design of airbag controller unit,the system is divided into subsystems and function blocks.(3)This paper analyzes the basic concepts and methodology of AUTOSAR,and mastered the operation and flow of hierarchical software architecture design.(4)Based on AUTOSAR,the software architecture design and software detailed design method of the system are defined,and the software architecture design and the detailed design of each module are completed by visualization UML modeling.Finally,the important functions of the product are tested by hardware in loop simulation(HIL)which simulates the actual vehicle module and external environment.The relevant data and graphs of the experiment were attached and the result is analyzed to make sure the correctness and reliability of AECU.The AECU really take the responsible of protecting the safety of the driver and the passenger,which proves the correctness and practical application value of the work.
