New energy is recognized as an environmentally friendly energy source.However,its power generation has randomness and volatility,which puts high demands on the dispatching capability and energy management of the power system.Therefore,it is of great significance to study new energy prediction and energy storage technologies.The paper will focus on photovoltaics and wind power,and conduct research and analysis around the following aspects:The paper summarizes the research progress of new prediction and energy storage in recent years;introduces the basic theory of this paper;and analyzes the similar day screening and time-frequency transformation of power data.This paper proposes a PSO-DE fusion algorithm,which is used to optimize the adaptive wavelet neural network's(AWNN)network parameters.PSO-DE fusion algorithm is beneficial to avoid falling into local optimum.In the simulation part of the example,the IAWNN model,the AWNN model,the PM method model and the SVM model are used to perform ultra-short-term prediction of wind power and photovoltaic power.The prediction results verify that the ultra-short-term prediction performance of the proposed IAWNN model is better than the other three models.In this paper,the FFT transform is used to analyze the balanced power data in frequency domain.And the energy storage devices with different response rates are used to store the balanced power in different frequency bands.Considering comprehensively the influence of factors such as cycle life of energy storage equipment,cycle loss,actual state of charge limitation,cost of energy conversion system,that the optimal allocation model of hybrid energy storage system capacity is established.PSO-DE fusion algorithm is used to optimize the minimum total cost of hybrid energy storage capacity allocation.It improves the efficiency and accuracy of calculation.Through simulation analysis and comparison of different energy storage equipment combination schemes,the optimal capacity allocation scheme of hybrid energy storage system for a test PV station in Wisconsin,USA is given.
