Application Research Of Group Maintenance In General Aircraft Maintenance

With the rise of the General aircraft field,the problem of maintenance has attracted more scholars' attention.Appropriate maintenance strategies can reduce equipment maintenance costs and improve system availability,and the group maintenance strategy is currently well promoted in the field of multi-component complex equipment maintenance.Preventive maintenance and opportunity maintenance in the maintenance field of general aircraft were taken as the research object in this paper,preventive group models and opportunity group models are established to find the best time for multi-component system maintenance.The class II fault correlation of key components and associated components was firstly considered in the opportunity group maintenance model.Second,the probability of occurrence of different replacement methods and maintenance cost were solved.Finally,the genetic algorithm proved the repair method combining fault repair and preventive maintenance was more effective than traditional way in saving maintenance costs.In addition,the fault correlation had a significant impact on the repair cost of the component.For the grouping of key components,the inter-part fault correlation should be considered in advance in the case of opportunity group maintenance.In preventive group maintenance,based on the single-part maintenance method,the multi-component system group maintenance cost and availability model is derived in the preventive group maintenance.And the maintenance cost and availability are used as multi-objective functions.Finally,the improved genetic algorithm proved that the multi-target group maintenance model can save maintenance costs compared with the traditional maintenance method,and can also maintain system availability.Group maintenance has a good maintenance effect in saving maintenance costs compared with the traditional maintenance method.Considering the group model under different maintenance modes,it can provide a variety of thinking angles for maintenance personnel and managers to determine the maintenance strategies.
