The study of general aviation maintenance system should identify the key elements in the maintenance work as a maintenance factor and clarify the logic of the entire maintenance activity.Based on the CCAR-91 and CCAR-43 regulations,combined with the concepts of “person”,“machine”,“material”,“law” and “surrounding”,determine the 5 maintenance elements that is maintenance basis,personnel,assistance,record and approved/no approved to restore the use.The five maintenance elements can only describe the basic thinking about the maintenance activities,so the regulations of the elements involved should be further refined,and get 16 secondary maintenance elements that can elaborate the entire general aviation maintenance activities.Introducing the concept of scenario,based on 5 primary maintenance elements and 16 secondary maintenance elements,to construct a basic framework for general aviation maintenance scenario.In order to further clarify the detailed work and maintenance guidelines in the maintenance work,through the basic framework of the maintenance scenario and the study of the regulatory provisions,get the maintenance specifications and maintenance behavior standards corresponding to each secondary maintenance factor are obtained,which constitutes a complete maintenance scenario.At the same time,a maintenance inspection worksheet was established to implement the maintenance scenario.The establishment of the maintenance scenario clarified the work thinking and work contents of general aviation maintenance.Through maintenance scenario,maintenance personnel can standardize general aviation maintenance work.In order to make the maintenance scenario easier to use,based on the maintenance scenario theory,through the development of computer software,the "General Aviation Maintenance Scenario Application System" was developed.In the software,an interface demonstration of the maintenance scenario is performed and has interactive functions.At the same time,in order to facilitate the use of maintenance inspection worksheet,the operational functions of maintenance inspection worksheet have also been developed accordingly.In order to make the maintenance scenario have a guiding role for the maintenance capability of the general aviation enterprises,a general aviation maintenance capability evaluation system was established on the basis of the maintenance scenario.The evaluation elements of the maintenance capability were determined by the five primary maintenance elements and 16 secondary maintenance elements of the maintenance scenario.Combining the data of the evaluation table initially given by the experts,using the principal component analysis weighting method and the entropy method to further analyze the data,redistributing the index weights of each evaluation factor,obtaining relatively reasonable weights,and performing the maintenance capability evaluation form.At the same time,through the distribution of weights,the key points of various maintenance factors in the maintenance scenario for general aviation maintenance are verified.
