The industry of civil aviation of China has vigorously been promoting the popularization of new energy special vehicles,because of the development of China's civil aviation air transportation and the continuous improvement of new energy automobile technology.There are many types of ground support special vehicles in civil aviation airports and the proportion of electric special vehicles is continuously increasing in recent years.The energy supply of civil aviation electric special vehicles has a profound impact on the support ability,efficiency and safety of airport operations.Therefore,it is realistically significant to study the energy supply technology of civil aviation electric special vehicles.Civil aviation electric special vehicle energy replenishment process is the process of charging its own power battery because it is a vehicle powered by a power battery.The energy replenishment technology of civil aviation electric special vehicles mainly includes the rapid charging control technology of the battery and the operation technology of energy recharge(charging)for civil aviation electric special vehicles.The conventional charging strategies and fast charging control strategies of batteries are introduced,and the working principle of lead-acid batteries and lithium-ion batteries are studied in this paper.Based on sufficient demonstration and practical test verification,a new type of fast charging strategy is proposed that is multi-stage variable current pulse charging strategy with negative pulse.In order to verify the charging strategy,the third-order dynamic battery model of lead-acid battery and the PNGV(PNGV,Partnership for a New Generation of Vehicles)model of lithium battery were built in MATLAB/Simulink.The charging simulation is carried out on the established model.A test platform and a host computer of battery charging are built to record the test charging the experimental data.It is proved that the fast charging control strategy proposed in this paper can improve the charging speed and achieve the purpose of fast charging of the civil special electric vehicle battery.An effective fast charging technology and an efficient vehicle charging operation strategy are required by civil aviation electric special vehicle energy replenishment technology.Considering the operation and charging rules of civil electric special vehicles and the layout of airport charging piles,the mathematical model of mixed integer programming of electric special vehicle energy supply is established.And a new type of electric special vehicle energy supply(charging)Control Strategy-An ordered energy replenishment(charging)strategy based on mixed integer programming is proposed.Thus,the energy replenishment speed of the civil aviation electric special vehicle is matched with the operation rhythm of the airport.YALMIP tool and LPSOLVE fast calculation tool are used for simulating the mixed integer programming model of electric special vehicle energy supply and the energy replenishment process of the entire civil aviation electric special vehicle is optimized.According to the actual operation data from electric special vehicles in the experimental airport,the simulation comparison of the operation of the civil aviation electric special vehicle is carried out.The results show that the use of orderly energy replenishment technology can reduce the peak-to-valley difference of vehicle charging into the grid by 60.92% and the charging operation cost saved 12.31%.In this way,the grid load shock is indirectly reduced,and the operating cost of the energy replenishment of the civil special electric vehicle is saved.
