At present,the main purpose of power supply company is to check and punish electricity theft after the event,but the main purpose of the company is to reduce the economic losses caused by illegal electricity theft.How to find the main factors of electricity theft loss,which is conducive to our targeted setting of corresponding measures.For the analysis of power theft loss,in view of the characteristics that power theft loss is affected by many factors,the risk factors of power theft loss are analyzed by fault tree analysis method.Through the quantitative analysis of the possibility of electric larceny in each link,the structural importance coefficient of various possible electric larceny is determined,and the key factors affecting the occurrence of electric larceny are found out.Then,from four aspects: the effective method to determine the frequency of power theft,the professional ethics of the field staff,the rationalization of the inspection methods,and the effectiveness of the inspection tools,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to reduce the loss of power theft.Secondly,when determining the analysis method of high-frequency power stealing station area,aiming at the problem that there may be abnormal values in the actual line loss value of the method to determine the serious power stealing disaster area,this paper proposes a method to distinguish whether the line loss value of the station area is wrong or to correct the error.This optimization method first identifies whether the abnormal condition is caused by technical problems according to the abnormal condition,different abnormal condition and time length of the line loss rate in the station area.If it is judged to be true,it further analyses the technical problems according to the changing law of the electrical value of the secondary side of the transformer measured,and finally puts forward a formula for correcting the line loss rate to correct the corrected line.Loss rate relocates the area where electricity theft occurs frequently,and reduces the loss caused by misjudgement in the area where electricity theft occurs frequently.In addition,in order to ensure the standardization of the inspection process,this paper uses the power data measured by the smart meter itself,combined with the phase separation current and voltage data of the portable reconnaissance instrument,to determine how the power stolen users steal electricity,and proposes an intelligentmethod to identify the power stolen mode of the high-frequency power stolen users.In order to eliminate a series of unstable factors caused by manual operation and speed up the efficiency of anti-stealing.This paper also proposes a method for calculating the amount of electricity stolen and recovering it effectively.The greatest advantage of this method is to estimate the amount stolen by determining the way of electricity stolen by users,and to correct the behavior of electricity stolen by actual power factor.This method greatly improves the correctness of anti-electricity theft,and can show the calculation process of this method to users,eliminating the denial behavior of electricity theft users to power supply companies to recover electricity charges.Finally,a typical operation data is used to verify the method proposed in this paper,which proves the validity and rationality of the proposed method.The method proposed in this paper has certain application value in anti-stealing work of power supply enterprises.
