In recent years,with the rapid increase of traffic volume,China's highway networks at all levels are facing increasing traffic pressure.As a main pavement form,cement concrete pavement is widely used on all kinds of highways.However,under the common influence of traffic load and external environment,many concrete pavements have different degrees of damage,which are supported by the base layer.The disease caused by weakening is one of the main forms.As the main supporting structure of the surface layer,the weakening of the base layer will cause the concrete surface layer to be in a very unfavorable state of stress.At this time,under the repeated action of the vehicle load,the surface layer will soon have cracks and even broken boards,etc.Safety has a huge impact.Although the traditional repair method can restore the normal function of the road surface in a short period of time,it cannot guarantee the long-term use of the road surface.As a new type of mesh building material,steel grid has the characteristics of light weight,simple design,high strength and good impact resistance.Under the same vertical load conditions,the steel grid can save more steel consumption than the traditional steel mesh,and is widely used in municipal and steel structure engineering due to its high cost performance.In order to explore the influence law of steel grid on the deformation of cement concrete slab under the weakening condition of the base layer and to evaluate its reinforcement effect,this paper firstly uses the research method combined with experimental and numerical simulation to obtain the steel grid concrete slab.The mechanical properties of the static load under bending,and detailed analysis of different steel types,different steel grid positions,different steel grid cross-section forms,different steel grid distribution ratio and other factors on the bending resistance of the plate The law of influence;then continue to use the finite element technique to simulate the stress state of the steel grid concrete slab as the road surface layer in the local softening of the base layer,the panel panel is emptied,and the panel span is emptied,and the simulation is performed.In the analysis,the effects of different vehicle loads are considered,and the application characteristics and laws of steel grids on road reinforcement are further obtained.Finally,through the collation and analysisof the above simulation results,a new idea about the design formula of steel grid concrete panel steel distribution is summarized,which provides a reference for the subsequent research of steel grid in concrete pavement reinforcement.
