The prefabricated concrete structure house changes the construction mode of traditional houses,and the focus of component production is placed in the prefabricated component factory,which realizes the mode of standardized design,streamlined production,specialized construction and intensive management.Its advantages are: reducing environmental pollution,improving component quality,improving construction efficiency,forming industrial workers and reducing construction costs.Therefore,more and more companies are adopting this construction mode.However,the research on fabricated concrete structure houses is still not perfect.More research focuses on the previous structural design,component splitting and construction technology,but there are few studies on the acceptance quality of later construction,especially the lack of quality based on design angle.acceptance.Node connection design,proper splitting and design of prefabricated components,and quality acceptance are important parts of fabricated concrete structures.This paper takes a fabricated shear wall house in Lushan Town,Changshu City as the engineering background,discusses the overall design and analysis of the shear wall structure,the optimization of the prefabrication rate,the design and analysis of the joints,the components,and the split ideas of the prefabricated components.Advice on the acceptance of fabricated concrete shear walls based on design perspectives.Firstly,based on a fabricated shear wall house in Lushan Town,Changshu City,this paper designs the whole structure and uses the design software to design the seismic performance of the structure to ensure the structural safety and obtain the optimal structural scheme.According to the principle of splitting,combined with the easy disassembly of the mold,the dimensions and shape of each prefabricated component such as prefabricated inner and outer walls,laminated slabs,prefabricated stairs,prefabricated balcony panels and air conditioning panels are determined.According to the "Jiangsu Province Prefabricated Building Prefabrication Rate Calculation Rules(Trial)",the prefabrication rate of the structure is calculated and optimized to improve construction efficiency.Secondly,most countries at home and abroad adopt the design concept of “equivalent cast-in-place”.This paper introduces the development history of the “equivalent cast-in-place” design concept,and combines the seismic performance test of steel sleeve slurry anchor connection technology to verify whether the joint node can achieve “equivalent cast-in-place”.At the same time,a new design concept-ductive connection is introduced.By designing the reasonably optimized connection nodes,plastic deformation occurs to ensure the seismic energy under the premise of ensuring the safety of the nodes.Thirdly,according to the overall design of the fabricated concrete shear wall structure,it analyzes the overall structure,analyzes the tensile damage of the whole structure in different directions,finds the key nodes of the structure,analyzes the key design,and guides the structure.The overall design,determine the size and location of the assembly build,and optimize the split principle.Then,combined with the common connection forms and researches on the fabricated shear wall at home and abroad,the finite element analysis software ABAQUS is used to analyze the key nodes and components in the design,and the connection of a fabricated shear wall residential node in Shaoshan Town,Changshu City is discussed.Form,the node construction form is preferred.Finally,through the overall analysis,node analysis,design process and construction process of a fabricated shear wall house in Shaoshan Town,Changshu City,the common problems in the construction of fabricated concrete shear wall structure are summarized.The shear wall structure is based on the construction problem.Carry out the corresponding design optimization.At the same time,combined with the design optimization process,the acceptance project proposal of the fabricated concrete shear wall structure is proposed from the design point of view.Based on a prefabricated shear wall house in Lushan Town,Changshu City,this paper analyzes the overall structure and details of the joints.Based on the analysis results,it proposes the acceptance project for the fabricated concrete shear wall house from the design point of view.This study is different from the previous acceptance project with only the construction angle,and perfected the acceptance project of the construction quality of the fabricated concrete shear wall house based on the design angle.To provide a reference for further research on the quality acceptance project of fabricated concrete shear wall residential.
