| With the development of national economy and acceleration of building and residential industrialization,the assembly process of architectural structure will also be accelerated.At the same time,concrete shear wall structure has been widely used in multi-storied and high-rise residential buildings.Therefore,the research and application of fabricated concrete shear wall structure is critical to promote the building and residential industrialization,which has become a hot issue in structural engineering.At present,research works on the fabricated concrete shear wall structure mainly concentrates on the connection method between the precast shear wall walls,shear behavior of fabricated shear wall structure and vibration testing,and so on.There are few studies on how to simulate the whole structure of the fabricated shear wall by the finite element software.In this paper,the finite element analysis method for the horizontal and vertical connection joints of fabricated concrete wall members and the whole structure is studied by the finite element numerical simulation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the finite element software ABAQUS,the finite-element numerical simulation analysis method of fabricated concrete shear wall is proposed.The finite-element models of cast-in-situ wall and fabricated wall are established respectively,and simulated under different parameters.The mechanical performances of the fabricated concrete shear wall are studied.(2)Simplification and analysis method of finite element model for fabricated concrete shear wall structure are proposed in this paper.The finite-element models of the characteristic walls for the overall structure analysis are established,including the precast concrete shear wall,the cast-in-situ wall,etc.Mechanical properties of the characteristic walls are simulated and analysed.The wall connection was replaced by the connection element which is given the mechanical properties of the above results.The numerical simulation results of connection element are compared with the mechanical properties of the characteristic walls,which preliminarily verified the feasibility of the simplified finite element model analysis method of the fabricated shear wall structure.(3)Simplified and analysed method of finite model of fabricated concrete shear wall structure was adopted,which proposed in this paper.First,shell finite element models of precast concrete wall are established,and connected by the connection element,and assembled into the simplified finite model of fabricated concrete shear wall with horizontal and vertical joints.The numerical simulation under different parameters is carried out.Compared with the numerical simulation results of finite element model of fabricated concrete shear wall,the effectiveness of the simplified finite element model and analysis method of the fabricated concrete shear wall structure is verified. |
