With the development of society,environmental issues and energy crises have gradually become the focus of attention.In order to alleviate this contradiction,people are now turning their attention to new energy electric vehicles.At present,governments and major automobile manufacturers all over the world have invested a large amount of manpower and material resources in the research and development of electric vehicles,and the improvement of the supporting basic equipment is the premise for promoting the development of electric vehicles.The car charger studied in this subject is an important part of the development of electric vehicle industry.Its performance index is directly related to the overall service life of electric vehicle power battery,which has very important practical significance for the development of electric vehicle.Firstly,the paper analyzes the current development status of domestic and international car chargers.In view of the current problems of slow charging rate,low power conversion efficiency,poor stability and low output accuracy,the domestic car chargers have proposed a set of RX210 based microcontrollers.Charger system.The system uses the RX210 single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip,and realizes the whole system function by means of the corresponding peripheral hardware circuit.The peripheral hardware circuit is mainly composed of a power module,a voltage conditioning module,a voltage collecting module,a CAN bus module,an inverter control module,a serial port module,and a human-computer interaction module.In terms of software design,for the related functional requirements of the car charger,a set of multi-tasking real-time software program framework structure is built in the paper,and the software program is designed with modular programming design ideas.Considering the overall real-time performance of the designed vehicle charger,the multi-task design idea is fully integrated into the software function module design process.Its system software function module mainly consists of voltage acquisitionmodule,data processing module,control module,CAN bus transceiver module,serial port module and human-computer interaction module.The division of functions of each functional module is clear,and the system software program uniformly performs scheduling processing on each functional module.According to the designed hardware circuit and software program,the whole system of the car charger is built.And as a test carrier,the hardware circuit and software program of the designed vehicle charger are debugged.After the system is debugged,the in-vehicle charger after commissioning is put into the actual application environment for testing,and the relevant test results are recorded in detail.The experimental results show that the performance indicators of the vehicle-mounted charger designed in the paper meet the design goals and have high promotion and application value.
