The environment and energy issues are the two major problems faced by countries in the world today.Under this background,the research and development of electric vehicles is increasingly valued by governments around the world.For electric vehicles,the performance of the battery directly affects the distance traveled by the electric vehicle.In particular,the power battery pack on the electric vehicle is composed of a series of parallel cells.When the single battery is used in the later stage,overcharge and overdischarge will affect the overall service life of the electric vehicle battery pack.In order to solve the problems of overcharging and over-discharging of single cells,a new battery balancing technology is proposed to improve the overall battery life and service life of the vehicle battery.In this paper,the power battery pack is taken as the research object.Based on the problems of high balance loss,slow equilibrium speed and poor balance accuracy,a battery management system based on RX210 single-chip microcomputer is proposed.Combined with the actual application,this paper establishes a single battery application model,and conducts in-depth research on the battery balancing technology and equalization control strategy involved.Aiming at the shortcomings of the battery management system on the market,combined with the relevant research results,the hardware circuit of the electric vehicle battery management system was built,and the core application circuit of the system was deeply analyzed.For the traditional battery management system,there are problems such as slow equalization speed,large balanced power consumption and poor balance accuracy.The paper not only improves the system from the hardware point of view,but also improves the overall balance accuracy and equalization speed from the perspective of software algorithm.In order to ensure that the designed battery management system can compensate the power battery in real time,a new software program framework structure is proposed in this paper,and the design principle of the software program framework structure is introduced in detail.The multi-task design idea is fullyintegrated into the software program design process,which effectively ensures the overall real-time performance of the designed battery management system.In order to verify the overall performance of the battery equalization technology proposed in the paper,a battery management system was built according to the designed hardware circuit and software program,and the built battery management system was put into the actual application environment for testing,and the relevant tests were recorded in detail.The results are analyzed and the relevant test results are analyzed.The experimental results show that the battery management system designed in this paper can effectively solve the problems of slow balance speed,poor balance accuracy and high balanced power consumption in traditional equalization systems,and has a high market application prospect.
