As the most important equipment in power grid operation,power transformer mainly completes the step-up task to realize the long-distance transmission of electric energy.For the whole power grid,the stable operation of power transformer is particularly important.In order to keep the power transformer running safely and steadily,it is necessary to monitor its real-time operation status so as to prevent the unplanned outage of transformers.Therefore,this paper presents a method and design scheme of power transformer operation condition monitoring.The function of collecting and transmitting the total hydrocarbon curve in the power transformer box is realized by using embedded technology,and the information is transmitted to the software system of power transformer remote monitoring and fault diagnosis on the industrial control server to realize remote monitoring and on-line fault diagnosis of the whole power transformer and improve the efficiency of management and fault analysis of the power transformer.The research contents are as follows:Firstly,the monitoring of power transformer operation process and equipment condition is studied and analyzed,the overall design of power transformer operation condition monitoring system is completed,and the hardware and software design of power transformer information acquisition and transmission module is completed;secondly,the design and implementation of power transformer remote monitoring and fault diagnosis software system is completed,and the remote monitoring is carried out.On the basis of wavelet analysis,the characteristics of hydrocarbon gases in the power transformer are extracted when the power transformer is abnormal.Then,the anomalies that may occur during the operation of power transformer are analyzed by BP neural network algorithm,and the matching between the characteristic changes of hydrocarbon gases inside the box and the abnormal state of power transformer is completed,so as to realize the real-time monitoring of the operation state of power transformer.Finally,after completing the design of the whole system,a detailed system test is carried out to verify the feasibility and safety reliability of the system,to ensure that the system can achieve the desired results of this paper.In a word,this paper constructs a remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system forpower transformer,which is convenient to upgrade the traditional power transformer monitoring system.Through this system,remote monitoring and on-line fault diagnosis for power transformer can be easily realized,which greatly improves the efficiency of management and exception handling of power transformer and improves the safety of power transformer.It is of great significance to operate stably.
