In this paper,a method and design scheme of oil-immersed transformer operation condition monitoring is proposed.The function of collecting and transmitting the total hydrocarbon curve in the transformer box is realized by using embedded technology,and the information is transmitted to the software system of transformer remote monitoring and fault diagnosis on the industrial control server to realize the remote monitoring and on-line fault diagnosis of the whole transformer and improve the efficiency of transformer management and fault analysis.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the monitoring of oil-immersed transformer operation process and equipment condition is studied and analyzed,the overall design of transformer operation condition monitoring system is completed,and the hardware and software design of transformer information acquisition and transmission module is completed;secondly,the design and implementation of transformer remote monitoring and fault diagnosis software system is completed,and the software of remote monitoring and fault diagnosis is improved.Based on the requirement analysis and the wavelet analysis,the characteristic quantity of hydrocarbon gas in the transformer box is extracted when the transformer is abnormal.Then,the BP neural network algorithm is used to analyze the abnormalities that may occur during the operation of the transformer,and the matching between the characteristic changes of hydrocarbon gases inside the box and the abnormal state of the transformer is completed,so as to realize the real-time monitoring of the operation state of the transformer.Finally,after completing the design of the whole system,a detailed system test is carried out to verify the feasibility and safety reliability of the system,to ensure that the system can achieve the desired results of this paper.In a word,this paper constructs an oil-immersed transformer remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system,which is convenient to upgrade the traditional transformer monitoring system.Through this system,the remote monitoring and online fault diagnosis of transformer can be easily realized.It greatly improves the efficiency of transformer management and exception handling,and is very important to improve the safety and stable operation of transformer.Significance.
