When upgrading the urban drainage system,priority should be given to retaining limited rainwater,giving priority to the use of more natural water drainage and building a sponge city with natural storage,natural penetration and natural purification.The concept of "sponge city" is proposed.At present,sponge city is being tentatively introduced in a number of Chinese cities.However,when facing potential problems in operations and regulation of sponge urban construction,water ecological infrastructure regulation should be more intelligent.Integrating the concept of a smart city into a sponge city.The issue in accordance with the existing technology of construction of sponge park in Zhenjiang which is one of the first batch of pilot cities in 2015,combining with the technologies,such as sensor technology,wireless communications and grey relational analysis,proposed sponge city water situation intelligence supervision system based on the Internet of things.This solution achievesthe dynamic digitial monitor from purification of urban rainwater resources collected from rain to emissions and then do the assessment through the above data.Data-based assessment of low-impact development rainwater systems.Meanwhile,the system supporting service assured access through mobile phone,cloud service and so on,provide the digitial,intelligent and visual technical help in services regulation,decision support,resource sharing and so on,which achieves sponge urban water eco-intelligent management.The main research is as follows:(1)Toward the information management needs of sponge city,the paper design sponge information acquisition system of urban water eco-system,implement data acquisition about sponge city pilot regional rainfall,reservoir water level,water quality,and Sponge plant protection area soil moisture.Using GPRS wireless communication technology to establish the connection between the underlying and remote servers to achieve reliable transmission of information.(2)Constructing a fine maintenance model for the green infrastructure of spongecities,According to the planting characteristics of the sponge,the applicable technical route and process plan were selected to clarify the control factors under different soil temperature and humidity conditions,study the effects of soil water seepage and plant protection timing,quantitative irrigation on the sponge,determine the basic operating parameters,and construct the sponge city.(3)In view of the current low level of water quality analysis method,GB3838-2002 is used as the evaluation standard,and the intelligent decision-making method is constructed by the grey correlation model to realize the intelligent analysis of the water quality of the sponge city,and the effect of the sponge city facility on the stormwater runoff pollution control is intelligently evaluated.(4)The Android client was designed for sponge infrastructure administrators and common user access needs.The friendly and simple human-computer interaction interface is designed on the Android client,which can realize the functions of real-time query of the underlying information,historical data access,and automatic operation mode setting of the device.
