Inland waterway has become the focus of the national transportation strategy because of its economic,environmental protection and energy saving advantages.However,due to the high complexity of the channel,the imperfect of port facilities and the backwardness of the navigation equipment,the inland waterway is still the weak links in transportation,its advantages have not been fully excavated.Although the communication technology and navigation technology have been applied to the inland waterway ship,it is still a worthy task to study how to effectively utilize the modern information technology to realize the ship monitoring and ensure the safety of the inland waterway ship.In this thesis,we built a ship monitoring system to achieve the real-time monitoring of cabin interior environment and ship location based on the Internet of Things technology,combined with monitoring platform of B/S(browser/server)mode and android system of mobile phone client.Moreover,this system has a certain reference value of ship monitoring research and development.This thesis first introduces the background and significance,analyzes the research situation at home and abroad.We analyzes and designs the overall framework and hierarchical structure of the ship monitoring system,dividing the system into three parts:collection terminal,monitoring platform,Android phone client,focusing on monitoring platform and client.In the monitoring platform,which is divided into four layers:the presentation layer,control layer,business layer,persistence layer,we realize user login,ship management,Cabin management,system management,service business and other module functions based on SSH(Struts2 + Spring + Hibernate)combination framework for hierarchical development.In the client,the interface design and the use of multi-threaded modular develop the ship positioning,user management,software upgrades and other module functions,realizing a simple interface,easy operation and fully functional client.Based on the advantages of client,it is convenient to master the relevant information of ship for the relevant departments or personnel at any time.Especially in the face of typhoons,tornadoes,fires and other harsh circumstances,responsible personnel can take the timely and effective measures to deal with emergencies.
