With the rapid development of our country's economy,people's material lives have been greatly improved.The rapid urbanization process has brought a new look to China's urban landscape and urban environment.However,the new urban cultural aesthetics and external aesthetics have caused modern people The emptiness of the spiritual environment and the aesthetic fatigue of the city,on the other hand,the party's report on the Nineteenth Congress put forward the strategy of implementing the “rejuvenation of villages”,coupled with the rapid development of rural tourism in recent years,so that the construction of homestay and rural areas has gradually become a hot topic..During my graduate studies,the author participated in the construction of a number of residential and residential settlements,and realized that the current rural construction cannot be simply a matter of improving the environment and repairing buildings.The effect of such top-down construction is very small and difficult to sustain.Instead,it should focus on stimulating various industries,restoring the vitality of the region,and enhancing the regional culture and self-confidence.Furthermore,at present,a large number of hotel constructions are accompanied by homogeneity,uneven quality,and other undesirable phenomena.appear.Therefore,after inspecting a large number of homestay and rural tourism cases,this article integrates the concepts of local culture,landscape form,and regional architecture,and tries to propose a new concept for the settlement of residences and the theory of the planning and design of the landscape design of the villa settlement in order to improve the gaps in the study of homestay in China.,and in the future,regulate and guide the construction and planning of related projects.This article is divided into five parts:Background research: This part briefly explained the background of this topic,the significance of the research,the domestic and foreign research,and established the corresponding research framework after determining the research ideas,methods and scope of the research.Basic research: The relevant concepts and theories involved in this article as well as the related academic content(history,characteristics,development status,classification,etc.)of the hotel were combed and studied.Theoretical research: The analysis of comprehensive literature data and the investigation and study of the case proposed the six major components of the settlement landscape of the hotel,including the site selection environment,settlement form,spatial structure,construction facilities,humanistic connotation,and industrial linkage.Practical application: The theories summarized in the previous article were applied tothe settlement planning of “Jianmen Yunli” B&B in Jianmenguan of Guangyuan City,and explained from the perspective of microscopic design and macroscopic planning.Conclusion: The last part summarizes the results and conclusions of the research process in this article: 1)It defines what is a homestay and defines the basic characteristics of the homestay from both Chinese and English,and explains in detail the homestay of many countries and regions.The development history,the status quo of the development of bed and breakfast in our country,and the insufficiency of bed and breakfast,the classification of the bed and breakfast,and the trend of the future bed and breakfast;2)the concept of innovation and the settlement of the bed and breakfast is a supplement to the research of the traditional bed and breakfast;3)the concept of the settlement landscape is clearly defined.From the two aspects of “shape”(substance)and “state”(connotation)of the landscape form,we have combed out the six components of the residential landscape pattern: location environment,settlement pattern,space structure,and construction facilities.Humanistic connotation and industry linkage;4)Based on the theory of the settlement landscape pattern of the B&B settlement and the investigation and investigation of the project site,the design and application of the “Jianmen Yunli” B&B settlement planning and construction project was carried out based on the previous study.The research theory was well integrated into it.And achieved certain results.At the same time,the deficiencies of the dissertation are discussed.Finally,the future research of this part is prospected.Through this research and achievements,we have provided some theoretical and empirical references for rural construction in China.At the same time,it also provides a new perspective for the establishment of residential settlements in the future.It has certain theoretical significance and reference value.
