The design and manufacture process of mechanical and electrical products are the key processes for the formation of product quality.The design quality of the product determines the intrinsic quality of the product,and the manufacturing process is the key to the realization of the design quality.Quality evaluation and key quality characteristics identification of mechanical and electrical products are important components in quality control process.The control of the quality characteristics is conducive to ensuring the quality of the product because quality characteristics are the main forms of product quality.The project about the research and application of key quality characteristics(KQCs)of mechanical and electrical products is put forward,and the quality characteristics are explored from the design process and the manufacturing process.Firstly,the evolution mechanism of the quality characteristics of mechanical and electrical products is studied.And then,the comprehensive quality evaluation method in the design period and the identification technology of the key quality characteristics in the manufacturing stage are explored according to the quality characteristics.So,the quality of the product can be guaranteed from two stages of design and manufacture.Finally,the quality evaluation system of mechanical and electrical product is developed with Visual Basic.The main research contents include the following three aspects:(1)The concept of quality evaluation for the design of mechanical and electrical products is introduced.According to the requirements and characteristics of design review,the connotation of product design quality evaluation is analyzed.The hierarchical structure is selected as the basic data structure of evaluation index system.And the evaluation model is established based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and grey relational analysis(AHP),so as to analyze and classify various indicators for classifying and evaluating the performance of machine tools.The quality level of the products is find outby using the evaluation system.Finally,numerical control milling machine is used as an example to illustrate the application of gray fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in evaluation system.(2)Martensitic space is defined,and a key quality characteristic identification model is proposed based on entropy weight method and mahalanobis-taguchi system method.The weight of quality characteristics can be obtained according to entropy weight method.Then the martensite distance is used to discriminate the abnormal sample of the product,and the abnormal sample is eliminated to reduce the effect of the abnormal value on the evaluation system.The signal to noise ratio(SNR)is used as an index to measure the robustness of product quality.The scheme of strong anti-interference ability and stable performance is determined through statistical analysis,and the identification model of key quality characteristics of mechanical and electrical products is proposed.At last,the belt drive shaft of six axis five linkage machine tool is taken as an example to verified the validity of the method.(3)VB is selected as the development tool to design a quality comprehensive evaluation system based on the establishment of the design quality evaluation model of mechanical and electrical products.According to the development goal of the system,modular design is applied to design the functional module of the system.According to the different design progress of the product,the system can increase and reduce the corresponding module,which making the design more flexible.In this paper,the quality characteristics are analyzed,the evaluation system of product quality is put forward,and the key quality characteristics identification model is constructed.The effectiveness of them is verified by examples.This paper has a certain reference significance for the study of the quality control in the design and manufacture of mechanical and electrical products.
