Research On Profit Quality Of Weichai Power Based On Entropy Weight Topsis Method

The report of the 20 th National Congress of the CPC points out that high-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.The idea of high-quality development put forward in the 14 th five-year plan will bring lasting impetus to the economic and social development of our country and provide strong support for the realization of the Grand Goal of socialist modernization.The general equipment manufacturing industry is an important pillar of China’s economic development,and its economic growth and social well-being are immeasurable,and it has made great contributions to the country’s development and social progress.For the development of China’s economy and society,it is necessary to support the general equipment manufacturing industry.With the rapid development of economy and society,the users of accounting information in enterprises no longer only pay attention to the analysis of profitability,but pay more attention to the level of profitability quality,this has also given rise to the urgent need to establish a complete profit quality analysis system.Therefore,the establishment of a perfect profit quality analysis system has become very important.This article first elaborated the research background,the goal,the significance,the domestic and foreign research present situation and the related theory foundation,subsequently,first takes the industry average as the standard,from the profitability,structure,stability,cash flow and sustainability of the five aspects of the establishment of a single profit quality analysis system,Weichai Power’s earnings of the cross-sectional comparative analysis of the status quo,secondly,it compares the existing evaluation and analysis methods of the profit quality,combined with the characteristics of the industry and the enterprise itself,the TOPSIS method of entropy weight is selected as a tool to evaluate the quality of Weichai Power’s earnings,find out the influence factors and reasons of Weichai power profit quality,and put forward targeted,feasible suggestions.The analysis found that the external factors causing the problems in name of a river Diesel’s profitability were the overall economic downturn caused by the pandemic and the development of the general equipment manufacturing industry,the internal factors are high asset-liability ratio,weak profitability of main business,low turnover rate of accounts receivable,weak management level and so on.Based on the current operating situation of Weichai Power,this paper analyzes the problems and puts forward feasible suggestions to help name of a river diesel power improve its profit quality,enhance its economic benefits and create higher self-value.
