The multi-conditions and multi-objectives topology optimization are the focues and difficult filed in the structural optimization's design.Basing on a truck's frame as the research object,the finite element model of the truck frame is established by using Optistruct optimization module in Hyper Works,minimization of compliance of bending,minimization of compliance of before torsion,minimization of compliance of after torsion,maximization of first-order bending frequencies in free-form mode for multi-objectives topological optimization and minimization of mass for dimensional optimization.Based on the results of single-objective topology optimization,a mathematical model of multi-objectives and multi-conditions topology optimization based on the weighted compromise programming method is established.The weight factors of each target are determined by the orthogonal test methed.The multi-objectives topology optimization design of the frame is carried out.This method is better than the empirically determined weighting factors.Based on the multi-objectives and multi-conditions topology optimization,the material distribution map of the new truck frame is obtained and the frame model is reconstructed to optimize the dimensions of the transverse and longitudinal beams of the truck frame with the objective of minimizing the mass.Based on the multi-objectives topology optimization and lightweight optimization,the finite element model of the new truck frame is established,and the static and dynamic performance comparison between the old and the new frame is made.The rigidity and the first-order bending frequency of the new frame are improved,the mass has been reduced.
