With the reduction of oil and other non-renewable energy and environmental pollution seriously.There is the current trend for the automobile industry to develop the electric car with energy-saving,environmental protection,cleaning and other advantages.Charging facilities is the prerequisite and cornerstone to promote electric vehicle industrialization,and It is a key factor for the popularity of electric vehicles.This paper studys the technology related to electric vehicle charging pile,which provides theory and practice to design charging system.It also has great significance for the industrialization of electric vehicles.First of all,this paper elaborates the charging technology of electric vehicle and the development of charging pile technology.Secondly,the paper explains the working principle of a 24-pulse phase-shifted rectifier transformer and the requirement of Phase-Shifting Rectifier Transformer,s voltage.According to the design requirement and characteristic of charging pile and compared with the traditional split charging pile used for charging station,it is decided to use the technology of Phase-shift rectifier transformer in charging station.The technology of high-frequency switching power is used in the DC output part of Split Charge Pile Based on Phase-Shifting Rectifier Transformer.The main circuit of DC output is the parallel buck circuit.By analyzing the working process of the main circuit,and then determine the parameter and model of important devices.Then this article designs the hardware circuit of DC output control system based on M453VE6 AE chip and STM32F103RBT6 chip.The circuit of control system includes: the circuit of IGBT driver,the sampling circuit output voltage and signal conversion,the sampling circuit of output current and signal conversion,the circuit of communication interface,the circuit of fault signal detection and protection.Its main function for STM32F103RBT6 is to collect and process data,complete the logic operation of the fault signal,respond to the error message.M453VE6 AE is used to receive the control commands and parameter settings sent by the battery management system and the host computer.Another important function is to send the charging voltage,charging current,charging mode and other information obtained from the battery management system to the STM32F103RBT6 to control the DC output to charge the electric vehicle.Finally,the experimental prototype based on the charging station system is completed.The system commissioning and related experiments are carried out on the prototype.The experimental results show that the DC output efficiency of the split charging pile is more than 95%,with various protection functions,the ripple factor output voltage is not more than 1%,the basic parameters are to meet the charging requirements of electric vehicle.
