The close contact between the wheel and the rail makes irregular changes in the contour of the rail head,which threatens the safety of the train.It is very important to inspect the rails regularly and to maintain the rails according to the test results.At present,there are many kinds of methods to detect the rail profile,the main domestic is the use of contact caliper measurement,but this method is inefficient,subject to the subjective influence of the tester and can not reflect the full picture of the rail profile.Based on the high efficiency,precision and intelligence of gocator Vision sensor,this paper presents a method for calculating the key parameters in the detection profile.The aim is to provide a comprehensive and timely understanding of the health of the rail,providing data guidance for rail grinding maintenance.Firstly,the paper studies the measurement principle of the laser sensor and the calibration theory of the sensor,selects the industrial sensor Gocator2340 model,and designs the power supply of the measuring system.A rail contour measurement system based on Gocator Vision Sensor is established.The system uses two uniformly distributed vision sensors,and the rail contour data collected by the visual sensor are rotated and spliced through the calibration block,and finally the complete rail contour is obtained.The paper makes use of the characteristic points and the standard rail profile to match the rail profile data,and puts forward the calculation method of the key parameters of the rail profile based on the exact matching of the profiles.The analytic formula of the contour curve of standard rail head is analyzed,and the calculation formula of the residual area of rail head,the attrition of 45°angle and the angle parameter of rail head is established.The abrasion is calculated through the intersection of the line with the measured contour of the45°angle of the rail head,and the angle of the rail head is obtained by calculating the tangent slope at the intersection point of the rail head.Finally,design human-computer interaction software.The software is mainly responsible for the control of sensor acquisition information,real-time description of the rail profile,presentation and preservation of measurement results and human-computer interaction,to facilitate staff to master the Curve information of rail profile,damage degree.In the laboratory,the system was tested and verified by the steel rail profile testing platform.The experimental results showed that the error of the test results was within0.15 mm,which verified the stability and repeatability of the system.The detection accuracy meets the requirements of the railway department and has important practical significance for rail maintenance.
