Heavyhaul transport railway is the current direction of freight rai lway development in the world.In recent years,China has also developed quite rapidly in the construction of heavy haul railways.In the energy transportation artery of our country,a special line for transporting coal in the coal transport corridors from west to east,the shenmu-huanghua port railway of shenhua group is one of the very important lines in the heavy haul transportation railway of our country.the development of Heavy haul railways requires breakthroughs in many technical problems.The wireless Couplingsynchronization control of heavy haul combined trains is a very critical technology.This paper takes TEC_TROMS,a wireless Couplingsynchronization control system independently developed by China,which is currently applied on Shenhua Railway,as the research object.In view of the system's hardware and software system architecture,wireless communication methods,and control logic,combined with years of product development and maintenance experience,in-depth research,aimed at developing a set of expert intelligent diagnostic systems and laboratory test platforms for the system.This paper mainly completes the following two parts of the work.Research and development of expert intelligent diagnosis systems.The key tasks are the research of diagnostic system solutions and the development of software.The diagnostic research includes the system's diagnosable analysis,the choice of diagnostic methods and the specific design of the program.Through analysis and research,the scheme based on the expert system-based diagnosis method and real-time fault diagnosis combined with the operational data record and offline analysis by the ground intelligent diagnostic software was selected.The development of diagnostic software mainly includes real-time diagnostic software development based on embedded VxWorks,Zlib-based file compression and storage algorithm,ground data analysis software based on MFC framework,automatic intelligent analysis software based on OciLib access to Oracle database,signal acquis ition system based on CPCI bus architecture,Wifi-based remote file dump system,etc.Researchand development of the system's test platform.The core work of this part is the design and development of the system test platform program research and test software.The test system program study includes the testability analysis of the system,the choice of test methods and the specific program design.Through research,the test method based on semi-physical simulation was finally selected.The design of the system test platform was completed by setting up the hardware platform and designing the supporting software system.The software system mainly includes the development of test interface software and test desktop software based on the Windowsplatform.The fault diagnosis system and the test platform described in this paper are applied to help technicians to locate the historical inertia fault of the wireless Couplingcontrol system and also provide a test environment for the system software testing.After many years of application,many difficult technical problems of the system have been solved,the system has been optimized,and the running quality of the system has been improved.At present,the fault diagnosis system and test platform continue to provide fault diagnosis and test technical support for the operation and maintenance of the TEC_TROMS system.
