Study On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Huabei Expressway Based On EVA

Finance is the core part of the enterprise,and financial performance evaluation is also the soul of enterprise operation management especially in the rapid development of science and technology.Particularly economic society and political environment is becoming complicated,this require developing a more suitable evaluation system for their own financial performanc to forming the core competitiveness and improving the level of management.However,with the rapid development of China’s expressways in recent years,the financial problems of expressways are also emerging: the proportion of assets and liabilities have increased,financial risks are increasing,maintenance and operation expenses are aiso increasing year by year.The overall revenue and expenditure gap of the industry is gradually expanding.As a modern transportation listed company,huabei expressway should not only take the essence of its management,but also keep pace with the times.Based on the analysis of the general situation of the company and the current situation of financial performance,this paper expounds the selection of financial performance methods and the implementation of financial performance system in the current environment of huabei expressway,and puts forward the idea and guarantee measures of establishing EVA financial performance evaluation system.First of all,this paper introduces the basic theories related to corporate financial performance,expounds the research methods of corporate financial performance evaluation,and provides theoretical and methodological support for the selection and implementation of financial performance evaluation methods.Secondly,through the brief survey of huabei expressway and the introduction of enterprise financial management,the current situation of the enterprise is expounded in detail.Furthermore,it provides a basis for analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the current financial performance development of north China.Again,this article uses this paper analyzes the high-speed current financial performance evaluation of the status on huabei expressway with the comparison analysis method,and then proposes the thinking of financial performance evaluation system basedon EVA for huabei expressway.Through comparison and analysis of EVA and traditional accounting indexes,shows that the sensitivity of the EVA index,the establishment and implementation of the financial performance evaluation system for the enterprise to provide the basis.Finally,countermeasures and guarantees are put forward to improve the financial performance of huabei expressway.Among them,countermeasures and Suggestions include optimizing the capital structure,saving the cost of control,improving the efficiency of capital operation,formulating diversified business strategies,increasing operating income,paying attention to the interests of managers and promoting the idea of return on investment.In addition,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the financial performance evaluation system of EVA,this paper puts forward some measures,such as the construction of EVA as the core salary incentive system and the establishment and improvement of EVA monitoring system.
