Quality Improvement Practices Based On FMEA Methodology In The Manufacturing Process Of Hydro Power Product

From reform and opening-up,economy of our country continuously keeps developing steady and fast.In order to satisfy the power demand development of society,power industry must keep continuously developing.Hydro power becomes the most important energy in China,because it has special resource advantage,nothing comparable clear and renewable energy advantage,mature technology advantage,prominent economic advantage and policy advantage from the country.Our manufacturing industry of hydro power equipment,established and developed for near half century,has entered world advanced range.With the technology of turbine and generator becoming more mature,the competition in the industry is becoming much fierce.H Company which always seeks developing strategic target for manufacturing quality and customer requirement,makes a higher request at the inside management.The main research content of this thesis is the followings:1.Introduce the detail condition and prospect of hydropower industry and manufacturing industry of hydro power equipment in our country,condition of research for the quality of hydropower equipment at home and abroad,and the objective,significance,research target and method for using FMEA.2.Introduce FMEA basic principle and main content.FMEA mainly divides into 4 classifications DFMEA,PFMEA,SFMEA and EFMEA,and has 6 steps from confirming analysis content to following improvement effect of countermeasures.Meanwhile introduce 4 research target Severity,Occurrence,Detection and Risk Priority Number,and also introduce the attention for FMEA analysis process.3.Analyze the inside management difficulty and outside competitive pressure of H Company,and introduce P-FMEA method and put it into force.Through collecting related manufacturing document and data,find out potential failure mode from every process under H Company existing system and perform cause analysis.4.Make countermeasures for potential failure mode from human resources,outsourcing factory,quality cost,customer satisfaction and concurrent quality engineering,explain detailed improvement countermeasures for H Company with living examples,and then summarize the final result.This thesis reaches the conclusion according to research that P-FMEA method helps company reduce current quality problem during manufacturing process,technical potential failure and company management problem.
