| With the increasing maturity and improvement of the new energy electric vehicle technology,electric vehicles will undoubtedly glow with charm on the stage of the future.The bottleneck of the new energy vehicle industry is mainly the innovation of power battery technology and battery pack production process.Major OEMs are trying their best to promote the large-scale production of power battery technology.Due to the great difference between the battery pack products of company A and products of the domestic mainstream,the lack of engineering and technical personnel and management personnel who skill in the corresponding manufacturing process,coupled with the tight project cycle of the factory,the employees are urgently recruited,especially the training cycle is short,and the management is chaotic,resulting in the adverse situation of frequent product quality complaints and high quality costs and customer complaints.At present,it is difficult for quality control to meet the market demand.In order to effectively solve the product quality problems in the power battery workshop of company A,this paper aims to use PFMEA analysis method to deeply study the production process of battery pack of company A,implement improvement,improve its quality level,and solve the quality management dilemma faced by company A.This paper takes the battery pack quality improvement project of company A as the research object.Firstly,it introduces its production process,counts the historical quality data,and determines the problems existing in the current quality management of company A,that is,the quality system is imperfect,the production process is unstable and uncontrolled,and the staff’s quality awareness training and education are insufficient.This study uses PFMEA analysis method to identify several quality control failure problems in the manufacturing process of battery packs,sort the projects by AP priority,clarify the priority improvement projects,analyze the root causes of failure,put forward failure prevention measures,and list the improvement effects of this measure on production quality.Finally,comparing the product qualification rate and customer complaints before VS after improvement,it is verified that PFMEA analysis method can significantly improve the product quality of battery packs of company A.According to the relevant application of PFMEA analysis method in the quality improvement project of battery pack of company A,the conclusions can be drawn: first,the use of PFMEA analysis method can effectively improve the product quality of battery production process of company A.Second,the standardized quality system provides a clear process for solving quality problems.Third,industrial big data system and solid and rigorous data analysis are the important basis for the quality improvement of company A.The results of this study can provide reference for peers in battery pack manufacturing industry. |
