| Ship of medium-speed diesel engine power plant usually adopts emergency reversing to realize the fast reverse rotation of propeller and stop the ship.At present,the principle of time or rotation speed is generally adopted for emergency reversing control,it is easy to appear the main engine extinguishing or the reversing response is not timely.In view of the above problems,The hull-machine-propeller model-based ship emergency reversing control method is studied.Through the research on propulsion coupling characteristics of power plant and the interference of wind 、 wave and current on vessels.The mathematical model of hull-engine-propeller is established based on the "XX" real ship test data and the technical parameters.Introduce the time domain change value of the propeller into the model during emergency reversing process,compare with the starting torque of the main engine,judging the reversing and reversing combining time,outputting an emergency reversing mark to the remote control device to control and execute the emergency reversing combining procedure.Among them,simulating and analyzing the ship emergency reversing control under the interference of open water and wind 、 wave and current respectively,and an emergency reversing control system is designed by taking the power device of a medium-speed machine as a control object and the emergency reversing as the control process,The feasibility and effectiveness of that emergency reversing control method base on hull-engine-propeller model are verified.The main research work is as follows:1.Taking the medium-speed diesel engine power plant as the research object,according to the propulsion power transmission process,the power characteristics of diesel engine,shaft&gearbox,propeller and hull resistance are analyzed,and the power and torque balance equations among hull,engine and propeller are established.The calculation methods of hull added mass,wave interference,and thrust derating coefficient of the ship are given.2.Establish a hull-engine-propeller Matlab/Simulink simulation model according to the ship technical parameter and the sea trial data.According to theship model data make corresponding correction.At the same time,the interference model of wind,wave and current on ship resistance and speed is established.3.By combining the hull-engine-propeller model with the emergency reversing control of the medium-speed diesel engine power plant,an emergency reversing control method based on hull-engine-propeller model is proposed.The ship emergency reversing under open water and sea conditions are simulated and analyzed respectively.4.An emergency reversing control system for data communication with navigation instruments and main engine remote control device is designed with embedded industrial personal computer as the control core.The feasibility of the emergency reversing system is further verified by the experimental data.Finally,this paper summarizes the work,and the deficiencies in the research process and further in-depth study. |
