With the development of the economic globalization,information networking and knowledge industrialization,independent innovation is becoming increasingly difficult for many enterprises.Cooperation between modern enterprises has been characterized by network obviously,and more attention has been paid to the research of inter-firm innovation networks.In recent years,complex network model based on binary relation theory is still widely adopted in the research on the structure characteristics of innovation cooperation networks.However,there will be a certain degree of distortion and confusion when the general complex networks are used to describe the multi-partner cooperation networks.The hypernetwork model based on hypergraph allows a hyperedge to connect multiple homogenous or inhomogenous nodes,so it can better describe the complex system.Studying the multi-cooperation innovation network from the perspective of hypernetwork is the development direction of future research.According to the characteristics of multi-cooperation,this paper models the inter-firm innovation hypernetworks based on the weighted hypergraph theory and characterizes its topological structure.Then we take the patent cooperation network of new energy automobile industry in China as an example to analyze the statistical characteristics of real inter-firm innovation hypernetwork.And on this basis,technological proximity was introduced into the evolution dynamics of innovation hypernetworks,a preferential attachment mechanism of combining the technological proximity and hyperstrength is proposed,and an evolving innovation hypernetwork model is constructed.Finally,numerical simulations and empirical analysis are combined in this paper to vertify the validity of the proposed model and discuss the effects of different preferential attachment mechanisms on the structure evolution and performance of innovation hypernetworks.The results are as follows:(1)The inter-firm innovation hypernetwork of new energy automobile industry in China shares the scale-free and small-world properties.(2)The topological properties of innovation hypernetwork stems from the combination of the two preferential attachment mechanisms.(3)The technological proximity preferential attachment mechanism leads to a more balanced growth of innovative performance.And the greater role the hyperstrength preferential attachment mechanism play,the more obvious the small-world and scale-free structure characteristics will display.The paper draws the conclusion that inter-firm innovation hypernetworks model can describe the multi-partner cooperation relationships in the cooperative innovation systems more exactly.This study can enhance our comprehensions on structure characteristics of innovation networks and is helpful for further study on firm's cooperation behavior in the innovation networks.
