Research On Quality Management Of Auto Parts Development Project Of SY Company

China’s automobile manufacturing industry has become one of the national pillar industries,but the domestic auto parts enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises compared to low quality,lack of competitiveness.And the component development process directly affects the final quality level,so through the development of parts and components quality management research to enhance the overall quality level is the only way.SY company as a second echelon of auto parts suppliers,in the face of increasingly fierce market competition,the urgent need to improve the quality of product development projects to rational allocation of resources to improve the quality level,to achieve the level of simultaneous development with the vehicle TheBased on the thinking of DMAIC and modern project management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the quality management of auto parts development project of SY company in combination with the quality management requirements of ISO / TSl6949 quality system for the development of auto parts.Four main problems: the project key nodes out of control,product development and design quality tools,measurement system deviation and supply bottlenecks.Then,the four aspects of the problem analysis and targeted solutions: the establishment of quality valve delivery system,product development and design of new tool applications,measurement system to enhance and establish a supplier PPAP system.Finally,put forward high-level leadership participation,training at all levels,evaluation system to optimize the three safeguards to ensure that the "quality valve" delivery system can be effectively implemented.
