Study On The Influence Of Government Subsidy On The Development Of New Energy Automobile Enterprises

With the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection and the development of low-carbon economy,the status of the new energy automobile industry has been continuously improved.The National Development and Reform Commission(NDRC)No.1 proclamation pointed out that the development of the new energy automobile industry has become an important national strategy.Government subsidy is an important means for government to use public social resources to guide the rational and healthy development of enterprises and speed up the adjustment of industrial structure.In order to promote the application of new energy vehicles and increase the share of new energy vehicles in the market,the state gives support to new energy automobile enterprises in many aspects,such as policies and funds.Under a series of preferential policies,new energy vehicles how to use these subsidies and the future development of the enterpriseThe influence of this paper is the focus of this study.Through consulting a large number of documents,this paper collects the research status of government agencies about the motivation of new energy vehicle subsidy and its influence on the development of enterprises,and sorts out these materials,summarizes them,and expounds the related concepts and theories.According to the aim of the government to grant subsidies to the new energy automobile enterprises,the government subsidy is divided into two types: the popularization and application type and the encouragement of R & D type.In this way,the characteristics of the special funds earmarked by the government subsidy are fully considered,and the research is more detailed and reasonable.This paper also introduces the current situation of subsidies in the new energy automobile industry and the mechanism of the two types of subsidies,and sets up the logical framework of the whole article.Promotion and application-oriented politicsThe influence of government subsidy on automobile enterprises is mainly reflected in profit and sales income and the influence of R & D government subsidy on new energy automobile enterprises is reflected by R & D input and technical assets.Then,considering the amount of subvented funds,market share and data availability,BYD Co.,Ltd.is selected as the object of case study.Based on the breakdown of the benefits and the purpose of the grants,the two categories of benefits received in recent years are calculated by comparing the benefits received by BYD,Combined with the situation of the industry,this paper analyzes the influence of two types of government subsidies on thedevelopment of BYD.The study found that BYD is less dependent on the promotion of application-based government subsidies,BYD did not use government subsidies as a tool to regulate profits,the promotion of application-based subsidies indirectly increased sales revenue of BYD's new energy vehicles;Encouraging R & D government subsidies has played a significant role in BYD's R & D,with little impact on its technology assets.Finally,based on the research conclusion,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions from the angle of enterprise and government,which provides reference for the improvement of the utilization rate of government subsidy in enterprises and the perfection of government subsidy system.Furthermore,it will contribute to the sustainable development of the new energy automobile industry in the future.
