With the gradual intellectualization of power transmission equipment in Southern Power Grid Corporation and the continuous expansion of power grid scale,the construction of substation base stations is gradually increasing.In order to ensure the stable operation of transmission equipment,operation and maintenance personnel need to go to the substation base station for equipment maintenance.Because most of the base stations are in remote locations,it is difficult for operators to find the location,so they need to use navigation equipment to complete the location search.However,due to the confidentiality of base station location data,location coordinates are not stored in common commercial maps.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a special substation navigation safety system in the power grid to ensure the safety of location coordinates while solving the problem of substation navigation.In this paper,the security model of data communication in power grid is analyzed,and the security problems that need to be solved in the navigation system of power grid substation are defined.This paper presents a security scheme for substation navigation system in power grid,which includes the research of identity authentication technology in substation navigation system,data transmission scheme in substation navigation system and the design and implementation of substation navigation security system.The specific work of this paper is as follows:(1)Research on identity authentication scheme in substation navigation system.Based on the analysis and comparison of the existing identity authentication technologies,and considering the security requirements of data communication within the power grid,the identity authentication technology based on HMAC is selected.Secondly,SHA-256 hash function is used to design the algorithm,and an identity authentication scheme is constructed.Taking the operation and maintenance personnel authentication process as an example,the specific authentication process is described.Finally,the security of the scheme is analyzed.(2)Research on data security transmission scheme in substation navigation system.In the data transmission security scheme,there are two parts: the establishment of secure channel and the transmission of real-time data.Firstly,the session key is distributed by combining the trusted third party KDC key management center and SM2 elliptic curve public key system to establish a secure network channel for both sides of communication.Secondly,symmetric encryption algorithm is used to complete the secure transmission of real-time data in secure channel.Finally,the security of the scheme is analyzed.(3)Design and implementation of substation navigation safety system.Guided by software engineering theory,the identity authentication scheme and data transmission security transmission scheme in substation navigation system are applied to navigation system.Combining with commercial map interface,the system is developed in Android and PC through Java language programming,and the safe navigation of substation location is realized.
