With the development of microwave technology,microwave has been more and more widely used in life,such as microwave heating,microwave communication and so on.Microwave power supply is a key part of microwave technology.And improvement of its performance is of great significance.Magnetron power supply is an important part of microwave power supply.The early magnetron power supply using power frequency transformer,is not only inefficient but also bulky.How to improve the performance of magnetron power supply and miniaturize it become an important topic.With the switching power supply technology,phase-shifting control technology and the topologies of voltage doubler,a miniaturized high power supply is developed in this paper.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.This paper studies the miniaturization of power supply and how to improve its performance.Firstly,the miniaturization of power supply is realized by increasing the switching frequency.This is because the increase of switching frequency will reduce the volume of the transformer greatly,which is the most of the volume of the power supply system.Then the soft switching technology is studied in this paper.The application of this technology can realize the ZVS technology,reduce the switching loss of the power transistors and improve the working efficiency of power supply.2.In this paper,how to reducing output ripple and further increasing output voltage are studied.Firstly,an electronic filter is used in the rectifier filter module to reduce the output ripple.Secondly,by using the topologies of voltage doubler,the output voltage can be amplified again.3.This paper studies the effect of different control modes on DC-AC modules.Firstly,this paper enumerates a variety of control methods,such as bipolar control mode,limited bipolar control mode,asymmetric control mode and phase shift control mode.Phase-shifting control means that there is a phase-shifting angle between the control signals of different bridge arms in the full bridge structure.And this kind of control mode can reduce the power loss more effectively and improve power efficiency in comparison with traditional control mode.4.This paper also accomplishes simulations of the main circuit and control circuit,and completes the debugging of the circuit board.
