As an important part of the aircraft,the function and performance of each component in the distributed atmospheric data system must be guaranteed before installation.At the same time,in order to improve the test efficiency,it is necessary to develop a test platform for the component test of the distributed atmospheric data system.By analyzing the technical requirements of distributed atmospheric data system and automatic test system,the test platform of distributed atmospheric data system was designed.The test platform is used for performance detection,fault location and troubleshooting of each component of the distributed atmospheric data system.In this thesis,the structure and working principle of the atmospheric data system are studied in depth,and then the overall design of the test platform and workflow is carried out according to the test requirements.Based on the overall design idea,this paper combined CPCI and PXI module equipment and serial port equipment to build the entire test platform on the basis of CPCI bus platform.The software of test platform is based on the software framework of virtual instrument.LabWindows/CVI,the integrated software development environment of virtual instrument system,is selected to design and develop the software with top-down design and bottom-up implementation.Finally,through software testing,the user interaction panel,instrument control,data acquisition,result analysis and processing,report generation and other functional modules are realized,and the test purpose of each component of the distributed atmospheric data system is achieved quickly and automatically.In this thesis,the software design of the test platform is discussed,which is hierarchical and modular,the equipment self-check and the software structure optimization,and the stability of the test platform is improved.To fully verify the security and reliability of the distributed atmospheric data system.Compared with the traditional test method,this ATS has higher efficiency,can improve labor productivity,better save and manage test data,and plays an important role in the production and scientific research of this type of aircraft.
