After 40 years of reform and opening-up,the economy in China has grown rapidly with the deepening of policies. And the level of residents' income has also been improved remarkably, and the consumption pattern has been upgradedcontinuously.Because of the great political, economic and cultural environment, all industries have ignited their lives and vitality, and have achieved gratifying results in china. The Chinese civil aviation industry has achieved a leap-forward growth. After 30 years of development since its inception in 1987,S Airlines has a fleet of more than 100 aircraft, ranks among medium-sized airlines, and expands to international routes rapidly. At the same time of achieving remarkable results,S Airlines has entered a stage of“medium-scale trap” and encountered “development troubles” due to its rapid development, and it's internal management has some shortcomings. The role of the flight attendant management system is still limited to play a good role in promoting. The flight attendant is the representative of the airline and is the key performer in the air transport service product chain. The performance of the flight attendant affects the image and effectiveness of the airline directly. Therefore, the airline has standardized procedures and specifications for the flight attendant. The work characteristics of the flight attendants also make this profession turn into a high-risk group of job burnout. However, the research on this type of group in the aviation industry is still not popular, and even the research on the relationship between incentive satisfaction and job burnout is rare.Based on the incentive satisfaction of attendants in S airlines,a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of flight attendants' job burnout is carried out,and a series of advice is proposed to reduce job burnout and to provide reference for related management departments in S airlines.Based on the MBI-GS burnout scale,Dean Spitzer's highly motivated organizational scale and the actual situation of the company,a targeted questionnaire is designed in this paper to investigate the job burnout and incentive satisfaction of S flight attendants. The relationship between the job burnout and incentive satisfaction is analyzed and a series of conclusions are obtained: First, most of the flight attendants of S Airlines are fell into Job burnout, and are satisfied to the company's current incentive policy overall.Second, flight attendant burnout and incentive satisfaction have significant differences indemographic variables.Third, job burnout and incentive satisfaction are generally moderately negatively correlated.the higher the incentive satisfaction, the less job burnout is.Based on the analysis of this paper,in order to reduce flight attendant's job burnout and improve the flight attendant incentive system,a series of feasible management suggestions has been proposed from the perspective of company management.
