With the continuous development of the social economy,the technical level of the manufacturing industry is becoming more and more demanding.More and more high-precision measuring equipment is used in the measurement of precision part dimensions,but the high-precision measurement of the plastic connecting parts is carried out.There are few related studies.There is still a certain gap between the domestic manufacturing level and foreign countries.Most enterprises adopt manual measurement methods,which have problems such as large error in manual detection,low measurement accuracy,low efficiency and high cost.Machine vision-based non-contact automatic measurement can fundamentally solve the above problems,and also contribute to the intelligent manufacturing of enterprises.This paper mainly designs the machine vision multi-dimensional measurement system based on the connector.The designed machine vision system can provide reference methods and techniques for other high-precision multi-size detection systems.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:The plastic connecting piece is an injection molded part,and the surface of the product has defects such as burrs,irregularities,depressions,skews and the like.Its product consistency is poor,so the difficulty of detection is more difficult than the detection of metal parts.Based on the existing visual theory framework at home and abroad,this paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various visual theory frameworks,and applies the theoretical framework to the machine vision multi-size detection system of connectors.In this paper,the edge detection operators commonly used at this stage,the improved algorithm for edge operators,the filtering algorithm,the commonly used image segmentation algorithm and the calibration algorithm are compared and analyzed.The method of machine vision multi-scale detection system suitable for connectors is discussed.The paper also compares the advantages and disadvantages of the existing machine vision platform,combined with the actual situation of multi-size detection of the connector,designing a suitable visual development platform,and improving the development speed of the machine vision multi-size detection system of the connector.The entire machine vision inspection system improves the efficiency of multi-size inspection of the connector,improves the detection accuracy and reduces the false detection rate of the connector.The visual system of the entire connector also realizes data storage,network transmission,visual processing of inspection data,product backtracking function design and remote viewing of product data functions to realize real-time quality monitoring of products.
