With the development of economy,the electric load of low voltage distribution network increases year by year,the line loss of distribution network is more and more large,how to effectively reduce the power loss of medium and low voltage power grid is the key breakthrough for power companies to realize energy saving and emission reduction.At present,China’s distribution line loss rate average level of about 6%,this data is still higher than developed countries,energy saving and loss work is still a long way to go.Aiming at the problem of distribution network cable loss,this paper first analyzes the line loss composition from two dimensions of theoretical line loss and management line loss,studies the location calculation method of all kinds of line loss anomalies,and analyzes and detects the power theft behavior of large users from two aspects of user’s power consumption behavior characteristics and user credit rating.Then,the correlation relationship analysis of all kinds of line loss anomalies is carried out to evaluate the influence degree of all kinds of line loss anomalies on the distribution network cable loss,and the following research is mainly done in this paper:(1)This paper systematically analyzes the composition of distribution network line loss,studies the calculation method of abnormal analysis of distribution line loss from two aspects of theoretical wire loss and management line loss,analyzes the influence of various kinds of wire loss anomalies and the treatment opinions,and realizes the accurate positioning of distribution network cable loss.(2)The method of power theft analysis taking into account user characteristics and credit rating is put forward.In this paper,the principle of power theft and the characteristic anomaly caused by common power theft methods are analyzed,and the user characteristic data based on voltage,current,phase angle and power load are put forward,and the Power theft detection model is established by the IForest algorithm optimized by AHP,and the suspect index of power theft by large users is calculated.Combined with the evaluation of user credit rating,the user’s power theft behavior is analyzed synthetically,and the differentiated management strategy is put forward,and the experimental results show that the research method in this paper has high detection accuracy.(3)On the basis of accurately locating the line loss anomaly,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the line loss,constructs the factor set to evaluate the influence of the anomaly on the line loss,and then establishes the comprehensive evaluation model of the distribution line loss by using the Grey relational degree method,analyzes the influence degree of various abnormal factors on the wire loss,and locates the key anomalies affecting the loss.Experiments show that the model has a good effect on the evaluation of distribution network line loss.
