As most of the highway of many provinces and cities in our country area into the maintenance period,makes the current maintenance work mission is abnormal and important,while the micro table place as pavement preventive maintenance technology,high construction speed,economic advantage,environmental protection,can quickly restore the traffic in the highway maintenance enterprise irreplaceable commonly used maintenance method.However,at present,there are few researches on improving the inter-layer performance between the micro-surface and the original pavement at home and abroad.Based on different interface contact states,this paper studies the design of high-performance micro-surface materials.The research includes ABAQUS finite element modeling analysis,oblique shear experiment and optimization design of high-performance micro-surface mixture.The specific research is as follows:It can be seen from the finite element simulation analysis of ABAQUS that the shear stress reaches its maximum value at the contact surface.Different contact states have a great impact on the mechanical characteristics of the asphalt pavement surface layer and the structural layer above,but have a small impact on the base layer and below.And the improvement of contact state is beneficial to increase the inter-laminar shear resistance.According to the oblique shear experiment analysis,the interface contact state has a significant influence on the inter-layer shear strength of the mixture at the micro surface.With the weakening of the contact state,the inter-layer shear strength decreases significantly.In addition,the inter-layer shear strength of mineral gradation also has a great influence.As the gradation of the mixture at the micro surface changes from fine to coarse,the inter-layer shear strength first increases and then decreases.The coarse gradation of ms-304 is recommended to obtain the mixture at the micro surface with better inter-layer shear strength.The shear Angle also has a certain impact on the inter-laminar shear strength.As the shear Angle increases,the shear strength decreases,and when the interface contact condition is poor,the shear Angle has a more serious impact on the inter-laminar shear strength.With the high-performance micro-surface mixture,the enhancement effect for three different contact states(continuous,semi-continuous and smooth contact)reached 15.9%,20.8% and 22.3%,respectively.It shows that the inter-laminar shear strength of high performance micro-surface-based mixtures is superior to that of ordinary micro-surface-based mixtures regardless of the contact state.And with the deterioration of the contact state,the enhancement effect becomes more significant.
