With the development of society,production systems are becoming increasingly intelligent and complicated,and maintenance cost of the production system is still the key factor affecting the economic benefits of the enterprise.To improve the economic efficiency of enterprises,we must solve the problem of how to develop a reasonable maintenance strategy for production systems.So far,the subject of equipment maintenance has formed a relatively mature theoretical system.After-the-fact maintenance and periodic maintenance have gradually plagued out of focus,on the contrary,opportunity maintenance has been paid more and more attention.At the same time,multi-resource constraints are also an important factor to consider in production systems.Therefore,it is a very significant topic how to establish an opportunity maintenance strategy for production systems under multi-resource constraints.Taking production system of multi-equipment series and mixed connection as the research objective,and reduces the maintenance cost and ensures the production period of the system as the research goal.It formulates an opportunity maintenance strategy for production systems,based on comprehensive consideration of the constraints of multiple resources on production systems and reliability theory.The main contents are as follows:Taking multi-equipment serial production system with buffer as the research objective.To introduced the resource effect coefficient of the device,taking preventive maintenance of equipment in the system as an opportunity,which meets the conditions for the remaining equipment.Then,an opportunity maintenance strategy based on multiple resource constraints is formulated to minimize maintenance costs and determine the evolution of reliability around equipment maintenance with reliability recovery factor.Combining examples,apply Monte Carlo simulation to find the optimal threshold combination and maintenance plan for the selected system.Research and analysis shows that the opportunity maintenance strategy of the series system based on multi-resource constraints has certain feasibility in production.Research on multi-equipment hybrid production systems,when the reliability of the equipment in the system is less than the preventive maintenance threshold,It selects the process with the lowest priority of resources as the standard in the processof the equipment that needs to be maintained,and determines the equipment that requires opportunity maintenance.Describing the reliability of equipment around maintenance by using reliability recovery factor,to establish an opportunity maintenance strategy.getting the system's maintenance plan which applies MATLAB programming and Monte Carlo simulation to obtain the optimal maintenance cost and optimal threshold combination of the system.Analysis show that: opportunity maintenance strategy for hybrid production systems based on multiple resource constraints,can guarantee the life of the system and reduce the maintenance cost of the system.To choose mold manufacturing system,it adopts periodic maintenance strategy and multi-resource based opportunity maintenance strategy.By comparing and analyzing change rules of maintenance cost with decision factors under two maintenance strategies,we must identify production system is suitable for each that based on the strengths and weaknesses of the two maintenance strategies.It is known that the fault-fitting test of the equipment in the system is verified.The opportunity maintenance strategy of the mold manufacturing system based on multi-resource constraints is practicability.
