| With the continuous development of manufacturing technology and the increasing complexity and intelligence of production system,which is playing an increasingly important part in carrying out effective equipment maintenance activities for production line.Although domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research on the maintenance of production equipment in the past decades,it is a key issue how to make a reasonable maintenance plan to improve the economic benefits of enterprises is still a key issue.In this paper,aiming at the series parallel production system composed of multiple equipment,its maintenance cost and system availability of the equipment are taken as the research objectives.The fault correlation of each process in the system is considered and the opportunity maintenance model of joint economic correlation and fault correlation is established,which based on the multi resource constraint theory and equipment reliability.The main research contents and achievements include the following aspects:(1)The basic theories of reliability and availability,multi resource constraints,fault correlation are systematically described,and the relevant mathematical models for the research are explored according to the needs of the follow-up work.(2)Regared multiple resource constraints with the control conditions of series-parallel system as the research object,the system availability is introduced in the maintenance strategy,with low maintenance cost and high system availability for single optimization goal.Through weighting factor fusion of compromise to achieve the joint optimization of objective function,which makes decisions based on multi-objective dynamic system layer more equipment maintenance.Combined with the example analysis,the optimal threshold combination of the system is calculated by Monte carlo simulation.It can be seen from the calculation results that considering the system availability in the maintenance strategy of series parallel production line can ensure the low maintenance cost of the system and the high availability of the system.(3)In the series parallel system maintenance strategy composed of many equipment,which introduced failure correlation coefficient between each process and reliability recovery factor common to describe the change of the equipment reliability,and system maintenance equipment and tools required for scheduling conflict is introduced into the resource constraints to establish opportunity maintenance policy which considered fault related equipment more complicated production system aimingat the system optimal maintenance cost,and is verified with an example analysis.It can be seen from the calculation results that the maintenance cost of the system can be effectively reduced by considering the fault correlation among the processes of the system.(4)In view of the many devices series-parallel lease production system and the control of the multiple resource constraints under the condition of considering the system availability.At the same time,the fault correlation coefficient is introduced to describe the system equipment failure degree of mutual influence between each process and system.Regared the optimal maintenance cost and the highest system availability as the optimization goal,using the weighting factor weigh to establish consider fault related series-parallel lease multi-objective dynamic opportunity maintenance model of production system.The optimal preventive maintenance and opportunity maintenance thresholds of the system are obtained through the analysis of an examples,and the corresponding maintenance plan is made according to the optimal combination. |
