In this paper,the rotary jet pump test bench and experimental device are specially designed.The rotary jet pump performance test,the rotating flow field pressure test test,the rotary jet pump performance test and the rotating flow field pressure test test at different speeds are carried out on the rotary jet pump test bench.And carry out the similar law of the rotary jet pump.On this basis,the numerical simulation of the rotary jet pump at different speeds was carried out.The research on the tangential speed,radial velocity and pressure distribution of the rotating flow field of the rotary jet pump was carried out.The tangential direction of the rotating flow field was studied.The effect of speed.In order to study the influence of the rotating effect of the rotating shell on the rotary jet pump,the numerical simulation of the rotary jet pump with the rotating shell and the impeller rotating synchronously was carried out,and the tangential velocity and pressure distribution of the rotating flow field of the rotary jet pump were carried out.The influence of the impeller speed9)1=2900r/min and the tangential velocity of the rotating flow field at different rotating shell speeds are studied.The following conclusions were obtained through research:1.The external characteristic curve of the rotary jet pump wa s obtained through experiments,and the distribution law of the internal rotating flow field pressure of the rotary jet pump along the radial direction was obtained.The variable speed condition of the rotary jet pump was obtained by different rotation spe ed test of the rotary jet pump.The characteristic curve is obtained,and the distribution law of the internal rotating flow field pressure of the rotary jet pump along the radial direction under different speed conditions is obtained,and the influence la w of the rotational speed on the rotating flow field is obtained.The similarity rate of the rotary jet pump is explored.The head flow relationship of the rotary jet pump conforms to the similar law of the general pump,and the flow axis power relationship of the rotary jet pump conforms to the similar law of the general pump.2.Through the numerical simulation of the rotary jet pump at different speeds,the numerical relationship between the angular velocity of the fluid and the angular velocity of the impeller is obtained at different speeds.With the increase of the rotational speed,the angular velocity coefficientat the inlet of the collector gradually decreases.3.By numerical simulation of the rotary jet pump at different speeds,it is found that the pressure distribution on the three characteristic planes at the same speed shows that the pressure distribution shows a linear change when?80 mm,and the pressure gradient when 80 mm<?120 mm.Gradually become larger and the pressure gradually increases.When>120mm,the pressure gradient continues to increase in an approximately oblique straight line,and the pressure fit expression of=34mm characteristic axis cross-section polar angle=68°direction 120 mm<?149 mm at different speeds is obtained by mathematical fitting expression.4.The different combinations of the rotational speed of the rotating shell and the rotating speed of the impeller have the highest efficiency point under the design flow rate.Under the design condition,the impeller speed is higher than the rotating shell speed,which is beneficial to improve the efficiency of the rotary jet pump,but the lift has different degrees of reduction.The research on the impeller speed of9)1=2900r/min shows that when the impeller speed is9)1=2900r/min and the rotating shell speed is9)2=1160r/min,the pump has the highest efficiency at the design flow rate.At this time,the pump head is 67.5m.5.Under the design flow rate,the relationship between the head and the rotating shell speed is approximately oblique,and the pump lift is significantly increased as the rotating shell speed increases.The relationship between the efficiency and the rotational speed of the shell is first increased to the highest point and then decreased.Among them,the distribution of high-efficiency points is concentrated in the area where the rotating shell speed is less than 2900r/min.6.The study of the spin-rotation effect on the tangential velocityof the rotating flow field shows that as the rotational speed of the rotating shell increases,the tangential velocity on the same radius increases significantly.When?80 mm,the tangential velocitychange is small.When the polar angle is 0°to 68°,the tangential velocitydoes not change much on the same radius when 80 mm<?130 mm.Further study=68,=127mm,the relationship between the liquid angular velocity and the rotational angular velocity of the impeller before the inlet center of the collector tube,and obtain the angular velocity coefficientat the inlet of the collector at different rotating shell speeds,and find that with the increase of the rotational speed of the rotating shell The ratio of the angular velocity of the fluid at the inlet of the header to the angular velocity of the rotating shell is gradually increased.
