The asphalt temperature control, the asphalt pump rotational speed and the distribute roll speed control is the essential part of the Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing, their control precision had decided the caking effect between the high temperature asphalt and the crushed stone. The main body of this thesis is the detailed research on the asphalt temperature control, the asphalt pump rotational speed control and the delivery roller rotational speed control so as to offer the valuable idea.Firstly, introduced briefly the control function structure and the control mode of the asphalt temperature control, the asphalt pump rotational speed control and the delivery roller rotational speed control of the Synchronous Pavement Surface Dressing Equipment, proposed to the importance of these three quantity control; And made the essential introduction and the analysis from the hardware. Secondly, introduced the rotation rate control system: Used the S7-200PLC CPU224 primarily controller , took the thermo-element temperature sensor and intelligent temperature module EM23l as the temperature data acquisition, and displayed the temperature value on HMI; At the same time used the triggering electric circuit to send out trigger pulse signal control bidirectional thyristor KS, controlled the burner the operating time, constitutes the PID closed loop temperature control system;Thirdly,introduced rotation rate control system immediately: Used the S7-200PLC CPU224 primarily controller, Took the rotational speed gathering installment by the electricity turbulent flow sensor, and displayed the rotation rate value on HMI; Used the master-control unit to produce the PWM pulse wave, through to program parameter's change, adjusted the PWM duty factor, controlled the electro-hydraulic proportion direction flow valve L90LS01 to realize the cut-off rotation rate modulation.In the end, through the indoor simulative test , confirmed that the software and hardware design is steady and feasible reasonable.
