Traditional Chinese medicine is a gem of the ancient Chinese science,and it is still an important part of China's medical and health system.As the main way of taking traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine liquid plays a decisive role in the characteristics and therapeutic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.With the advancement of science and technology,use the decocting machine decoction is gradually replacing artificial decoction.But,the current functions of various types of decocting machines on the market do not meet the special requirements of traditional decocting,for example,the order of medicinal herbs into the pot,and the automation level is low and the operation method is complicated.This article addresses the shortcomings of existing decocting machines,designed a cloud smart Chinese medicine decocting machine capable of autonomous decocting and remote control based on the Raspberry Pi.Firstly relies on the requirements of traditional Chinese herbal decoction methods,designed the mechatronics of the cloud smart Chinese medicine decocting machine.In order to achieve unattended decocting process,designed automatic medicine,automatic water supply,automatic absorption of liquid medicine and othe.r mechanical structure,a temperature and level sensor is installed in the decoction pot to achieve f'eedback adj ustment of the decocting process.Then,the software and hardware control system of the cloud smart decocting machine was developed based on the Raspberry Pi master and Python language,including the control circuit of each mechanical structure,hardware driver and temperature control system software.Using IoT technology on this control system,using the OneNET cloud platform as a data interactive relay,remotely connected the cloud smart Chinese medicine machine and the mobile phone mobile terminal,and the decocting assistant APP is developed.The user can remotely control the decocting machine using the mobile phone.Using the cloud smart decocting machine as an experimental platform,an smart Chinese medicine decoction temperature control system based on fuzzy PID control algorithm is designed.After simulation and experiment,the temperature control system can independently switch the decocting heat according to the requirements of traditional Chinese herbal medicine.Finally,the whole platform test was carried out on the experimental platform,including mechanical structure,hardware circuit and its control program,communication program,etc.Two representative Chinese medicine prescriptions were selected for the decocting experiment.The result was that the surface cloud smart Chinese medicine decoction machine could receive decocting instructions stably,than complete the action of medicine,soaking,water supply,distill medicine liquid,heat preservation autonomously,and upload the state of decocting to the mobile phone at the same time.
