| Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)has the advantages of high power density,simple structure,high efficiency,small size and high reliability.It has been widely used in aerospace,new energy vehiclles,intelligent robots and other fields.The research on the control performance of PMSM has attracted the attention of domestic and foreign scholars.As one of the high-performance control methods,vector control can realize the decoupling control of magnetic field and torque by coordinate transformation,so that the AC motor can achieve the control performance similar to DC motor,but the permanent magnet synchronous motor current loop under vector control is easily influenced.Influenced by the disturbance,in order to improve the anti-disturbance performance of the current loop of PMSM,this paper adopts the virtual resistance control strategy to improve its anti-interference performance.Considering the inherent delay of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system,the influence of the system delay on the introduction of the virtual resistance strategy is explored by analyzing the closed-loop zero-pole distribution map,and the delay compensation link with the Smith predictor as the core is constructed.The delay has an adverse effect on the introduction of the virtual resistor strategy,thereby further improving the control accuracy of the permanent magnet synchronous motor current loop.For the problem of parameter mismatch,the Bode diagram and the 3D graph are used to analyze the robustness of the adopted control strategy under to parameter mismatch.In order to verify the effectiveness of the control strategy used in this paper to improve the anti-interference performance,the simulation verification is carried out in simulation software of Matlab/Simulink.Experimental verification was carried out on the experimental platform of two-level voltage source inverter based on DSP TMS320F28335 of TI Company.The simulation and experimental results show that the virtual resistance strategy can improve the anti-interference performance of the permanent magnet synchronous motor current loop,especially the introduction of virtual resistor and Smith predictor strategy can significantly improve its anti-interference performance.And it is more robust to parameter mismatch. |
